I didn’t really expect much from the hair, but it’s actually nice. It feels soft and doesn’t have that rough, cheap feel some dolls have. The rooting looks clean, and it brushes out without turning into a mess. My daughter has been playing with it a lot, so it’s definitely been put to the test, and it still looks good. I’m happy with it.

I ordered this baby doll for my daughter, and the weight really surprised me in a good way. It’s not too heavy for her to carry around, but it still has that realistic feel, kind of like when I used to hold my niece as a baby. My daughter’s been taking it everywhere with her. Shipping was smooth, and it arrived packed nicely. I’d definitely buy again.

Got my doll today. First thing I noticed... the vinyl is really soft. Like, not stiff or plasticky the way I half expected. It feels nice in your hands, kind of comforting to hold. And she looks so sweet too. Just a really lovely little thing overall.

I wanted to like the outfit, but the fabric felt really thin when I tried it on. After wearing it a bit, some of the stitching started coming loose too, so... yeah. It just didn’t feel very well made.

I had to return one doll because it just wasn’t quite what I expected when it arrived. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, and customer service did get back to me after a couple days, but I’ll admit I felt a little dismissed in the reply, like they were just giving me the standard answer and moving on.

I chose to do an exchange instead of a refund, and that part took longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of frustrating waiting without much reassurance. The new doll did show up in good shape, so it worked out in the end. Giving 4 stars because the return itself was easy, but the exchange process could’ve felt a bit more helpful.
